Mel has started coming to my meditation groups eight weeks ago. When she first came, she was depressed, shaky, unsure of herself and looked pretty washed out. I am glad my sister told her about my meditation sessions and it inspired Mel to come. After the first meditation, Mel did not see nor feel anything during the mediations, but found that she started to feel a little better after the first week. As she kept coming over the next few weeks, attending meditation once a week, she still could not feel the energy within herself nor see anything during the meditation, but found that everything was starting to improve in her life and events and circumstances were changing around her for the better.
She had more energy and clarity to face challenges in her work and her relationship. She was getting more centered, started to find the peace in herself and through that peace she was finding her strength. She really started to shine and looking a lot younger than what she really is. Her passion for life started to get stronger and she exuded an air of health and happiness through her aura.
By the eight session of meditation, she found only then she really started to sleep well at night. Realized that she deserved a lot more respect than what was being offered in her current relationship and as a result felt liberated to be able to move on with her life. After the sixth session of meditation, she started to feel the energy moving through her is short spouts. I love the way she describes it to the group when sharing, as we all have a good laugh about it.
Mel is a great example of how quickly ones life can be improved through meditation. She finds that stressful situations at work no longer bother her as much. Most of all that she lives on a planet called Earth, that we are all responsible for. Most of us tend to forget as most peoples minds are caught up with their own problems. Most of which are not even real. She is truly feeling great in all areas of her life and is living each day now to the fullest and is also being proactive about volunteering in her own time, to helping save our wildlife and our earth.
It is great to see Mel shining bright with health, youthfulness, her humour has returned and she is now in a position to really be able to raise the awareness of all those around her. Not only her friends and workmates, but also the children she teaches each day and interacts with. Now that she is more enlightened, she realises she can contribute a lot also to all those great organisations out there.
The unspoken heroes of our community here in the Sydney and also in the world, individuals like you and I who are helping to save and care for Australian Wildlife and wildlife in all forms around the planet. For those of us who cannot join them, we can at least donate to these great and worthy causes. Mel has passed on information to her colleagues at the school she teaches, to be proactive about raising money to go towards, Save The Koala Foundation (savethekoala.com). For all those of you out there following my blog, please visit this site and donate to be able to save the plight of the koalas in the wild here in Australia. The warmer weather has come our way here in Sydney and along with it, more new people have been brave enough to step out of their cosy homes to join us.

Thought it would be a good idea to list some of the points made by the new people joining our groups. Also what they would like to get out of meditation.

The thought crosses my mind many times, why take drugs when most of the mental problems and ailments can be washed out of us through the high energies shared in meditation groups. I  first met Rosa and her mother Gina in a cafe I usually frequent on a Saturday afternoon. When I let them know of my meditation groups, they joined within a week.

The first week was great. Rosa started to calm down slowly and felt relaxed and relieved by the end of the meditation. Through the week, on and off, she was still suffering from anxiety attacks leading into her disorder. Her case was unusual, as this type of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder she suffered from, was repeating the same action say fifteen or twenty times, but her mind did not register that she had already performed the action previously. Every week after that I was watching Rosa getting clearer and stronger. She started to cry through one of her early sessions and when I placed my hand on her back, behind her heart, she said she felt this amazingly strong unconditional love unlike anything she had every experienced pouring through.

As each week passed, she found the anxiety attacks that lead to the obsessive compulsive disorder condition lessened and when she smiled, her eyes really started to light up as she became happier and much more confident within herself. It was great watching her coming to meditation regularly as I could see she had to make a determined effort to be there to overcome her depression and disorder. Through the conversations, I soon realised that it was an effort for Rosa to get out of bed even at 12 midday. The condition really has debilitated her life as she was only in her early thirties.

After the fifth session, she was excited to share with me that she was finding the strength to overcome the disorder. When it crept up in her, in the form of her heart racing, she used her willpower to calm herself down and it worked! Not only that, but when she felt pains in her body, she placed her hands over that part and visualised the healing energy and the pains disappeared. By around this time, she managed to control the OCD attacks.

She truly found her strength to overcome her condition. Even the psychologist was keen to increase her drug intake and she refused. It was great to see her find her strength to overpower such a terrible condition. She started to join us after the meditation session for dinner and found that she was truely enjoying herself in the company of others. Her mother started to cry from the joy, as she was so happy to see the change in her daughter. Apparently, even something as simple as joining a group for dinner was something she could not do before.

It brings me such joy to see someone like Rosa to find her inner strength and power. As she acquired this condition at around the age of twelve, it will most likely take her a year of coming to meditation once a week, every week before she is truely strong enough to maintain this state of wellbeing she has finally found. Rosa is a truely remarkable young lady, with much to offer the world, once she heals herself of this condition. Well done Rosa!

Accountant finds Stress, Mild Depression and Migrane Relief through Meditation

Emilja joined our meditation groups in February. She has now been coming regularly for 10 weeks. When she started coming, she appeared sad, disorientated, couldn’t stand straight and struggled with opening her eyes. By the end of the first session, something seemed to have lifted in her and she seemed a little lighter.

After the second and third meditation session, the dark cloud she was carrying seemed to shift. Her migranes started to ease. By the fourth and fifth session, she now comes in the morning with a big smile on her face and her eyes are now radiant. She is standing tall and her beauty is starting to shine. She has come to realise how the monkey mind can really cause havoc. No longer does she worry unnecessarily. Nor have her mind keep spinning on small irrelevant matters either. Her mind is much calmer and now finds peace in herself and is getting more and more in touch with her inner strength and clarity at work.

Only a couple of times till now, has she really felt the energy that I transfer to her. She is now understanding the greater benefits of continuing meditation. She is clearer now on many things in life and is finding more joy and happiness in her life now. I love watching her smile as her whole face lights up and she looks much younger also.
A big Congratulations to Emilja for the great transformation and the amazing person she is. Her migranes are starting to lessen. When she comes to meditation and has a migrane, she finds that it is usually gone by the end of the session. (all in half an hour) Many aspects of her life are continuously improving and becoming more balanced.

I attended Senka’s meditation classes a number of times because I needed help with my stress levels. I was also unsure of my life path and basically depressed. I can honestly say without hesitation “I am soooo happy that I gave it a go”. Senka takes you through a meditative state of relaxation, she has such a calming voice that is easy to follow. She inserts energy into you while you’re in your relaxed state and she also gets the class to do a group meditation to help different parts of the world. I found her to be generous with her classes.

After my 3rd class my sleeping patterns improved, I no longer woke up in a state of stress, I was a happier person and I also had a few answers to the direction of my life plan. It was the best and most affordable present I have given to myself. Definitely worth a try, it worked for me and I’m a skeptic… (Straight from the horses mouth. He works in sales for a promotional company)

JOY (December 2008) Joy starting coming to meditation early December. It was her first time to experience our sessions. I’d say also one of the first meditations she experienced. During the session she did not feel much nor see anything during the journey. After the session I said good bye and looked forward to seeing her next week. She gave me that look of ‘Yeah right’. The following Tuesday, to my surprise, she did return. She told me that the days following meditation, she found she could not think of anything negative and slept really well. No bad thoughts. Which is great, considering she is working in an open plan floor, of a government department where political heirachies are rampant.

In the second session, she could see and experience almost the entire journey and felt that the energy went deeper into her. She started to feel better and happier the following week, nothing at work seemed to bother her and continued to remain very positive. She is back at university now. In her last session (all up she came to five) I really could see the lights starting to shine in her eyes again. She was very close to connecting to her soul. Her aura is much brighter and she was oozing self confidence. Well done Joy! What a great turnaround from the person I met five weeks ago. A person confused, down and disillusioned.

Libby (July 2007) Libby has been one of my most dedicated students. She was prompted to call me and start classes as she woke up one day and realised nothing seemed to be working in her life. After coming to terms with having mild depression, suffering from anxiety, recurring illnesses in the body and attracting the wrong men into her life.

When she started the first few sessions, I found she had such a thick wall around her keeping everyone out. I was happy to see that she kept coming and was getting the benefits of relaxation and starting to feel better within herself. It took a  couple of months before she started opening up to me. She opened her eyes, mind and heart in meditation and allowed the self healing to begin as well as starting to accept herself. It was then that she shared how the classes were starting to help her get through her days in both work and personal time with more confidence.

By March of 2008, levels of deeper healing occurred. Apparently she use to have her eyes puff up and become incredibly itchy to the point where she found it difficult to open them. This use to happen nearly every second or third week. She always carried cortosone cream which she use on them in this condition. By around May 2008 she realised that her eyes never puffed up again after March 2008. The cream now sits in fridge to this day…unused.

Early 2008 she connected to her soul and the sun was shining from her eyes and face. Others noticed the difference also. She look younger, healthier, happier and more content with herself. Work has turned around for the better by the end of 2008. Now she is handling the work environment with more ease.

She also noticed she could start to read people and new what happened in their lives moments before they shared it to her. So her psychic abilities are now becoming clearer.

Over Christmas 2008 she seemed to get shaky as the one thing she really desires in her life is to attract a man who will love her and be her partner. This has not yet manifested as she is still working on one more emotion that appears to have grown roots within her and won’t let go. So there seems to be a tug o war within her at the moment. It won’t be long before she conquers this last fear. Almost everything else within her has healed and the world is responding in a more positive way in all aspects of her life.

Meditation & Stress Relief from High Level Corporate Suffering Depression!

CELLA (FEBRUARY 2009) Cella has been coming to Tuesday night meditations for almost four months now, and is getting great benefits. By the second or third class of meditation, she had pains coming from her chest and her heart was beating very fast. Within half an hour it had all past and she felt lighter and admitted it felt like being instantly healed. When that clearing from her heart chakra took place, from then on she found she could see all the colours in the guided meditation more easily, felt better and experienced all the other journeys more deeply. By healing the heartbreak, her overall approach to life was more positive, she felt happier within herself and the depression seemed to disappear.

One Saturday, she joined our morning meditations for the first time. She was back at work part time, after twelve months of maternity leave. Her role is in an executive position in one of Australia’s largest retail market chains. She found she could not see, nor experience the journey as easily due to the stress she was experiencing at work, however, she did feel the energy flowing through her. By the second part of the meditation, she suddenly could see the colours once again and her migraine cleared up for her at the end of the session. She was so happy and excited. After meditation, she had the biggest smile on her face and her energy rose high once again.

It was great watching her heal and recover from depression as she was joining our meditation groups. In time I have come to realise through our discussions that she fell into some kind of depression before joining us. Now she is finding that she can manage life a lot easier on every level. Corporate, being a new mum, a wife and living life to the fullest in the moment. How great it is to see Cella become empowered, enjoying life and taking the challenges that her profession presents to her daily, head on and with great success!
